  • Tenants simply set bagged or boxed trash outside their door before midnight on the evening before collection day.

  • Our “trash removal elves” take care of the rest — gathering the bags overnight and moving them neatly into your dumpster or waste collection facility.

  • We ensure the trash gets in the receptacle, not just near it, reducing litter, odors, and health hazards around your dumpster area.

Billing Note:

Once you accept our quote, we’ll start service right away. The first month is prorated based on your start date, and after that, we’ll bill monthly in advance. Each month’s charge is based on the number of occupied units observed on the last pickup day of the prior month. Invoices must be paid before the next month begins. If you notice anything that needs adjusting, just let us know.
