Refund Policy for Metro Curbside Transport

At Metro Curbside Transport, we are committed to providing reliable and convenient trash and recycling bin service. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Subscriptions

​

  • Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis, billed in advance.

  • Subscription payments cover the upcoming service period and ensure continuous service.
     

2. Refunds

​

  • Because service is scheduled and staffing is allocated in advance, payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

  • If you cancel your subscription before the next billing date, no further charges will occur, but the current month’s payment will not be refunded.

  • Partial refunds are not provided for unused days within a billing cycle.
     

3. Service Interruptions


If Metro Curbside Transport fails to provide service due to reasons within our control (e.g., operational error), we will:
 

  • Offer a credit toward the next month’s subscription, or

  • Provide an extra service visit at no additional charge.
    This determination will be made at our discretion.
     

4. Cancellations

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by contacting us at support@metrocurbsidetransport.com or calling 515-375-2220.

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
